The coach is built by Tiffin Motor Homes Inc of Red Bay, Alabama which is a

trusted name associated with quality craftsmanship. Loaded with quality

features and materials, the electrically-welded steel cage is the basis for

the rigid, durable construction. Tubular steel is used throughout on

sidewalls, roof, and floor to provide maximum strength and safety.

Laminated sidewalls, roof and floor provide trouble-free service. Hydrovac

domed roof aids with water run-off, provides insulation, is sturdy enough

to walk on, seamless rubber roof, fiberglass roof end caps. The roof has

never leaked.

It sits on an XC16RD Oshkosh chassis, still one of the most common chassis

made. Mor-Ryde rear suspension.GVWR: 16,000. Unloaded vehicle weight:

12,500.  It is powered by the Cummins 6 BT 5.9L diesel engine with 4-speed

automatic Allison transmission. It runs and drives great having brand new

premium Goodyear radial tires all the way around (including the spare), new

front brakes, front rotors, front wheel seals, and front shocks; a new fuel

pump sending unit and relay, and a new air filter. The engine battery was

replaced in 2017. This is a well-built, well-maintained coach with hundreds

of thousands of miles of enjoyment ahead..

It is equipped with a 6.5 gas powered Onan generator with 50 amp service.

The living room has a comfortable 3-seat couch which makes into a double

bed. Both the driver’s and passenger’s seats swivel to become part of the

living space when the coach is not in motion. The living room is equipped

with 9 overhead storage cabinets. There is a Fantastic Fan in the

kitchen/dining area. Fantastic Fans are known for moving a lot of air

quickly and for having a lifetime warranty. The second 13.5 low-profile

roof air conditioner is located in the living room. The living room area

has a large window which has a 3-sided cornice. The window opens, has a

screen, and has a heavy woven shade. It also has a small window with a

cornice and screen and a heavy woven shade. The exit door is in the living

room area. It has a full screen door. The outer door has a clear view

window. The door has a cornice and a room-darkening shade.

The kitchen has all the storage, appliances, and features you need for

convenience and efficiency. It is equipped with a 2-way, 2-door Norcold

refrigerator/freezer (electric/propane). Upgraded to an Amish-built cooling

unit in 2019. Large freezer. Magic Chef 4-burner drop-in propane stove.

Front propane furnace. Bake and brown Magic Chef microwave oven. Stove hood

includes a light and fan along with water pump switch and monitors for

holding tanks, fresh water, LP gas and coach batteries. Double stainless

steel sink with single-handle ball faucet. The sink area has task lighting,

a splash rail, and an extendable countertop for extra workspace. There are

3 cabinets under the sink/stove and 4 drawers. Above the sink, there is

another large storage cabinet. The kitchen has a window that opens and has

a screen. It is covered by a metal mini-blind.

The dining area features a booth on one side with underseat storage, a

removable pedestal table and space on the other side for either a standard

dining chair or additional storage. There are three overhead storage

cabinets. The dining area has a large window which has a 3-sided cornice.

The window opens, has a screen, and has a heavy woven shade.

The bedroom, located in the rear, is spacious with queen walk-around bed.

The conveniently placed nightstands and shirt closets are accessible from

either side of the bed and provide abundant storage. , overhead storage,

The bed has a firm mattress which raises for convenient storage beneath and

access to the engine if needed. Cable hook-up. Full-length closet,

full-length mirror and 6 drawers. One of the two furnaces is located under

the bedroom cabinet and is ducted to heat the bedroom and bathroom. The

bedroom has a dedicated 13.5 low-profile air conditioner. The bedroom has a

large emergency escape window. All three bedroom windows have fabric

covered cornices and are fitted with metal mini-blinds. Two of the bedroom

windows open and are screened.

Side bath has a roomy shower and tub with a removable clothes pole and a

skylight. There is an electric ceiling fan over the sink/toilet. There is a

medicine cabinet, towel bar, soap dish, mirror, under-sink cabinet and

drawer, as well as access to the water heater bypass. The bathroom has a

fabric cornice, metal mini-blinds, a window that opens and a screen.

The cockpit has a driver’s door with a power window. Seats are

fully-adjustable with removable armrests for ease of access and comfort.

There are speakers in the living room and bedroom which connect to the

in-dash, high-output Pioneer stereo system. Beverage tray, glove box, map

holders, sun visors, and a hidden storage compartment, a CB radio, and dual

fans over the dash. The dash heat works perfectly, however, the dash air

conditioning needs a new compressor. The 2-piece windshield has

intermittent wipers and a fabric privacy drape that slides around on a

track across the entire windshield and can be snapped out of the way when


The bathroom, kitchen and dining areas have white vinyl flooring. The rest

of the unit is covered in a neutral tan carpeting. All fabrics are neutral

tan colors. Interior lighting was upgraded to LED bulbs. All cabinets are

made of oak.

The main awning was upgraded to a 19’ Dometic steel covered awning. A 42”

awning was added to the driver’s side bedroom window. A 66” awning was

added to the driver’s side living room window. All awnings have the roll-up

steel covers.

The entrance door has a two-step, lighted electric step, a hand grip, a

folding grab handle, a porch light, and two locks.

There is ample locking basement storage, many with lights, some with

pass-through for longer items. A battery disconnect switch was added for

ease of disconnecting the coach batteries when the RV will not be in use.

An external shower makes washing the dog or outside clean up easy. It has

an upgraded automated RV dumping system that lets you dump the tanks with

the push of single button near the dash instead of manually opening and

closing valves. Attached ladder allows convenient access to the roof.

In the past year, it has been to South Carolina twice, to Georgia and to

Alabama. It is currently in Nashville, TN.

Coaches this well cared for in this price range are few and far between and

it is priced to sell so it won’t last long.
