The coach is built by Tiffin Motor Homes Inc of Red Bay, Alabama which is a
trusted name associated with quality craftsmanship. Loaded with quality
features and materials, the electrically-welded steel cage is the basis for
the rigid, durable construction. Tubular steel is used throughout on
sidewalls, roof, and floor to provide maximum strength and safety.
Laminated sidewalls, roof and floor provide trouble-free service. Hydrovac
domed roof aids with water run-off, provides insulation, is sturdy enough
to walk on, seamless rubber roof, fiberglass roof end caps. The roof has

12,500. It is powered by the Cummins 6 BT 5.9L diesel engine with 4-speed
automatic Allison transmission. It runs and drives great having brand new
premium Goodyear radial tires all the way around (including the spare), new

pump sending unit and relay, and a new air filter. The engine battery was

kitchen/dining area. Fantastic Fans are known for moving a lot of air

roof air conditioner is located in the living room. The living room area

screen, and has a heavy woven shade. It also has a small window with a

The kitchen has all the storage, appliances, and features you need for

3 cabinets under the sink/stove and 4 drawers. Above the sink, there is
another large storage cabinet. The kitchen has a window that opens and has
a screen. It is covered by a metal mini-blind.
The dining area features a booth on one side with underseat storage, a
removable pedestal table and space on the other side for either a standard
dining chair or additional storage. There are three overhead storage
cabinets. The dining area has a large window which has a 3-sided cornice.

The bedroom, located in the rear, is spacious with queen walk-around bed.
The conveniently placed nightstands and shirt closets are accessible from

the bedroom cabinet and is ducted to heat the bedroom and bathroom. The
bedroom has a dedicated 13.5 low-profile air conditioner. The bedroom has a
large emergency escape window. All three bedroom windows have fabric
covered cornices and are fitted with metal mini-blinds. Two of the bedroom
windows open and are screened.
Side bath has a roomy shower and tub with a removable clothes pole and a
skylight. There is an electric ceiling fan over the sink/toilet. There is a
medicine cabinet, towel bar, soap dish, mirror, under-sink cabinet and
drawer, as well as access to the water heater bypass. The bathroom has a
fabric cornice, metal mini-blinds, a window that opens and a screen.
The cockpit has a driver’s door with a power window. Seats are
fully-adjustable with removable armrests for ease of access and comfort.
There are speakers in the living room and bedroom which connect to the
in-dash, high-output Pioneer stereo system. Beverage tray, glove box, map
holders, sun visors, and a hidden storage compartment, a CB radio, and dual
fans over the dash. The dash heat works perfectly, however, the dash air
conditioning needs a new compressor. The 2-piece windshield has
intermittent wipers and a fabric privacy drape that slides around on a
track across the entire windshield and can be snapped out of the way when
The bathroom, kitchen and dining areas have white vinyl flooring. The rest
of the unit is covered in a neutral tan carpeting. All fabrics are neutral
tan colors. Interior lighting was upgraded to LED bulbs. All cabinets are
made of oak.
The main awning was upgraded to a 19’ Dometic steel covered awning. A 42”
awning was added to the driver’s side bedroom window. A 66” awning was
added to the driver’s side living room window. All awnings have the roll-up
The entrance door has a two-step, lighted electric step, a hand grip, a
folding grab handle, a porch light, and two locks.
There is ample locking basement storage, many with lights, some with
pass-through for longer items. A battery disconnect switch was added for
ease of disconnecting the coach batteries when the RV will not be in use.
An external shower makes washing the dog or outside clean up easy. It has
an upgraded automated RV dumping system that lets you dump the tanks with
the push of single button near the dash instead of manually opening and
closing valves. Attached ladder allows convenient access to the roof.
In the past year, it has been to South Carolina twice, to Georgia and to
Alabama. It is currently in Nashville, TN.
