Existing issues:
Slight leak at water faucet at galley sink
Needs new Thin-Lite 12V LED light fixture for galley (have part)-it works as is but sometimes you need to tap it
Pop top canopy is starting to show wear with some stains and minor tears that the previous owner tried to repair-I'd recommend replacing it
I don't use the fridge or furnace as they work intermittently; I replaced the sail switch in the furnace and it worked for a while, but hasn't turned on in last 6 months
A previous owner dinged her side sliding door and rear quarter panel and there is a dent in the tailgate-neither affect functionality. See pics.
There are a few minor rust spots that the previous owner attended to with rust-stop, primer and paint. See pics.
I had a full diagnostic run on the van and have a list of mechanical things that could be done, and they are listed in priority order (I'm happy to provide this to serious buyers), but the van runs great as it is now. Nothing shocking.

Owner notes: The manual transmission is a major plus and avoids many of the issues that have occurred with the automatic transmissions. The interior is in good condition and the issues with the fridge and furnace are common for this model. Upholstery is in very good shape. All 110 and 12V outlets work. Stove works great. Dents are a bit of a bummer but don't impact functionality. She has been an awesome adventure van for my family and it's a very difficult decision to sell her but I just bought a house that needs a lot of renovations and I don't want her to just sit for the next few years while I am focused on that.

Feel free to email me with any questions.
