The bathroom is larger than most and has an easily accessible walk-in shower with lots of storage under the sink and in the hallway.Towards the back of the unit, you will notice the large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a large mirror that makes the room feel spacious.The living room has plenty of space for the entire family. Large single slide.NOTE: LOA is an estimate as the manufacturer brochures only went back to about the 2002 year model that can be found online.Sold AS ISThe carpet shows some stains.(see all photos)The front dashboard A/C in the driver and passenger area is not working per the seller.Some bubbling on the exterior paint in some areas.driver side front windshield there are two small star-crack chips.The passenger side rear brake tail light seems to be not working.Notice of clearcoat wearing on the front top area.Per seller:There are a few stains in the carpet from the previous owner, which could probably be removed. The carpets were cleaned but need something else done to get rid of stains.There is also a couple of water stains on the ceiling from the previous owner from leak in roof.
