The 1999 Safari Zanzibar 3876 is powered by a Caterpillar 3126B electronic diesel engine. One slide-out!

This Class A motorhome sits on a sturdy Magnum chassis and is powered by a Caterpillar turbo diesel engine paired with an Allison transmission. Sturdy entry and patio awnings overhead provide shade, while the side profile opens up into expansive, pass-through basement storage bays. A rear-mounted ladder provides roof access alongside integrated service panels.

A large slide-out extends from the main body to dramatically expand the interior living space, while access to the onboard generator and utility hookups is nearby. Built around the base perimeter are hydraulic leveling jacks, neatly positioned for quick set-up at any campsite.

The front cockpit features driver and passenger captains chairs that swivel around to integrate directly with the main lounge space.

The slide-out opens up this front living area, accommodating a sofa and a dedicated dining table.

Overhead, rich, solid-wood cabinetry runs along the ceiling line to provide deep storage, while large windows flood the entire cabin with natural light.

The mid-coach kitchen area is designed for efficient meal preparation, featuring solid-surface countertops, a double sink, a gas cooktop, a convection microwave oven, and a dual-door refrigerator and freezer. Adjacent to the galley is the private split bathroom, which separates the facilities, featuring a full glass-enclosed shower stall with an overhead skylight, along with a private water closet complete with a vanity sink, porcelain toilet, and dedicated linen cabinets with washer and dryer hookups.

The private rear master bedroom suite is centered around a walk-around queen bed flanked by nightstands and overhead reading lights. Opposite the bed sits a built-in dresser and television enclosure, while the back wall is lined with a full-length, cedar-lined wardrobe closet featuring mirrored sliding doors, dedicated storage nooks, and a mini electric fireplace.
