2006 Forester Forest River 3161, Class C Motor home, Great condition only 17,000 miles. Front slide out for living space, sleeps 6-8 people comfortable. Master bedroom maters is foam therapy, full walk around master bed, all appliances in good working condition and clean, lights everywhere all working, Security viper and remote start system, Kenwood stereo system with navigation, built in propane, brand new tires, stainless steel microwave in perfect working order, Automatic steps.

It was just serviced and we had all the following items done a total of $7,000.00 worth of upgrades and maintenance items so nothing needs to be done to this unit (receipts will be available).

Roof completely resealed all joints, wash and waxed, all lights and bulbs new, shower door serviced and cleaned, all tanks cleaned and rinsed and full serviced, one drawer just replaced, new smoke detector, exterior 110 outlet new, CO detector new, wiper blades new, new house batteries, engine battery new, black tank serviced and cleaned, shower head new, slide out topper fabric new, entry door serviced and cleaned, brand new screen door, all rubber seals to all external lockers brand new and just replaced, front and rear window seals just replaced, all appliances where just serviced, New rear ladder.

This unit is was just litterly just serviced and cleaned from head to tail, everything is perfect working condition and will be a great buy for any one looking to hit the road.
