Located in Parma, Idaho, this 2006 Foretravel Phenix 442 is in great condition and ready for the next owner.

Powered by a Cummins ISM 525 HP diesel engine and a six-speed Allison MHR 4000 transmission.

The seller has just put around $7,500.00 into general maintenance and the electrical system.
A new Isolator and electronic control modulator ( ECM ) have been installed. Fuel and oil filters have been replaced.

As of 10/20/2024, the seller has replaced all House batteries and engine starter batteries were recently replaced.

The cockpit is roomy and comfortable. All gauges and digital screens are easy to read. Theres a laptop included that hooks up to the diagnostic connection under the dashboard, giving you constant engine and systems conditions while driving.

Theres real tile flooring, and the tile floors are heated along with all the water and waste tanks underneath.

All interior wood is fiddle back maple and is gorgeous.

The kitchen is well equipped with a new two-burner induction stove top, microwave/convection combo, double sink with high faucet, huge two-door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, pantry, and plenty of cabinets and drawers.

The booth-style dinette can seat four comfortably and has an electronically controlled, retractable table.

The bathroom is huge, with a large shower, seat, wand, skylight, vanity sink, and mirrored medicine cabinet. The separate toilet has a privacy door, window, exhaust fan, linen closet, and sink.

The bedroom has lots of drawers, counter space, and overhead storage. The washer/dryer is also located there, along with a built-in safe.

For its age, this Foretravel is in excellent condition. The slides have new bladders and work beautifully. They also have awnings to keep out the leaves and dirt.

The storage doors open, close, and lock without problems, and the engine and generator doors easily open.

The suspension leveling airbags have been replaced and are working perfectly.
