Sellers have made many recent upgrades. Including newer tires, lithium batteries, a new refrigerator, a queen-size Purple mattress, and more.

The unit is powered by a Caterpillar C7 7.2-liter, 350 HP diesel with approximately 90,000 miles. Allison 3000 6-speed automatic transmission. The motorhome features a Freightliner XC Series raised rail chassis, full air brakes with ABS, and Neway full air ride suspension. The seller also recently replaced the original electric leveling jacks with new hydraulic leveling jacks.

Outside, unit features include 4 slides with slide-out awnings, a large power patio awning, full-body paint, fiberglass rear and front caps, ample lockable, lighted exterior storage compartments, including a large storage tray that slides out from either side of the unit, a Blue OX tow bar, and more!

Inside, the four slides and 7 ceiling create a beautiful, roomy interior living space. In the kitchen area, you will find beautiful solid-surface countertops and stove cover, a double stainless-steel sink, plenty of maple wood drawer and cabinet space, and pull-out pantry storage. Also, a convection microwave oven, a three-burner gas cooktop, and a refrigerator freezer. Directly across from the kitchen, there is a dining table and chairs.

In the living area just behind the driver is a work table, drawers, and an ultra-leather vibrating recliner with an ottoman. Just across on the passenger side is a 74 ultra leather sofa with a pull-out queen bed. Both have a great view of the TV mounted above the drivers cockpit. There are tons of overhead and wood cabinet storage as well.

Moving to the rear on the passenger side is the bathroom with a ceramic toilet and sink, and a mirrored wood vanity with a medicine chest and storage below. Just across the hall, you will find a large enclosed shower with a shower seat.

The spacious master suite with a queen bed features solid-surface countertops and a sink. There are tons of wood cabinets and drawer storage, and a large mirrored clothes closet. Also, a wall-mounted TV.
