Six brand new Michelin tires (June 2020), brand new brakes including ABS sensors and rotors (June 2020), two brand new 6V batteries (Sep 2020), brand new motor in automatic steps (Sep 2020), extremely low mileage (under 20K), impeccable maintenance record, tires in excellent condition, impeccable carpets, pristine leather couch, two TVs, DVD player, satellite, brand new washer/dryer (June 2020), full body paint, new roof, all new sealants on the exterior (2017), new rear view camera (2017), automatic hydraulic leveling jacks, and generator recently serviced. Gorgeous, meticulously cared for, both in terms of cleanliness and maintenance schedule. Non-smokers with no children; clean. I've had it for 5 years, and have only taken two long trips and only several trips in the 1-1.5 hour distance. Fewer than 20 total trips taken. Prior to my ownership, an older retired couple owned, and they didn't travel much (I bought with ~13500 miles on it). The wife became a widow, and then consigned the motorhome at Camping World where I found it. Wonderful RV! Only looking to sell because I retired from active duty in 2018, and am on a fixed income, which has been greatly exacerbated by COVID-19 shutdown devastating my independently owned small business.
