The 2009 Tiffin Phaeton 40QTH is built on a Freightliner Raised Rail Chassis, which gives it a cushioned, whisper-quiet ride supported by four air suspension bags and shocks. Safe-T-Plus steering control keeps it confident on the highway, and beneath it all, a full pass-through basement offers remarkable storage with slide-out trays that make every inch usable. With just 80,000 miles and newer tires, brakes, rotors, and a starting battery, this coach is not only road-ready, its eager. The 360 hp Cummins 8.3L diesel engine paired with a 6-speed Allison transmission and 1050 lb-ft of torque makes towing a breeze, while the 10k Onan diesel generator equipped with auto-start keeps every onboard system in comfort.

Once parked, the four slide-outs transform the space into a wide, luxurious interior centered around a mid-bath layout--perfectly balanced for privacy and flow. You have a nice-sized shower and two bathroom sinks, one in the toilet room and one outside of the shower area. There are also lots of storage cabinets.

The living area has plush, ultra-leather seating: a hide-a-bed sofa, a jackknife couch, a full recliner, and front captains chairs that swivel to join the living space. A slide-out dining table with four chairs.

Entertainment is always within reach, with four LCD TVs, a DVD player, and an updated satellite system. Three separate A/C units with heat pumps keep the climate just right in every zone. The closet has washer/dryer hookups--the seller took the washer and dryer out, but still has them. A king-size Sleep Number bed and even heated tanks add residential comfort no matter the season.
