2014 TUSCANY XTE 40EX! LOW MILES, GREAT PRICE AND READY FOR ADVENTURE!!

This 2014 Tuscany XTE 40EX is built on a Freightliner chassis and powered by a Cummins 360-hp diesel engine. She has three slide-outs, giving the coach a comfortable floor plan.

The main living area has an expanding sofa with a twin air bed that faces an entertainment center with a 46 HDTV over a fireplace. There is a second TV in this area above the windshield where you will also find plenty of cabinet storage.

For dining, there is a 74 buffet dinette with chairs that can also serve as a workstation with a pull-out computer drawer.

The kitchen is equipped with a residential-style refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, a three-burner stove, a double kitchen sink, and a convection microwave. Plenty of cabinet space, including a pantry with pull-out drawers.

There is a half-bath between the main living area and the master bedroom, and across the hall a closet that is prepped for a clothes washer and dryer. The bedroom has a king-size bed, cabinet storage, and a 32 TV.

At the rear of the coach is a full bath with a wardrobe closet.

On the exterior, there is a slide-thru storage tray as part of 215 cubic feet of total storage capacity. There is an exterior TV for outdoor entertainment under the 16-foot patio awning. There is also an awning over the coach entrance door.

Owner has just added a new power inverter.
