Its hard to find a 2014 Fleetwood Terra 35K in good condition, well-maintained, and featuring Stately Sterling full-body paint.

This motorhome comfortably sleeps seven with a queen-size bed, a drop-down queen-size bed, and a dinette that converts into an additional berth on the expandable L-sofa.

Inside, youll find easy-to-clean vinyl flooring and a driving area to the right of the entry door, complete with an upgraded stereo system.

The dashboard monitor shows the view behind and to the sides when using turn signals. The side-view mirrors are powered and heated, and auto-leveling controls are conveniently located at the dash.

An electric drop-down queen-size bed is situated above the drivers area.

Moving towards the back, youll notice the dinette sleeper on the right and the sofa sleeper, which are both perfectly positioned to view the big-screen TV for game day.

The coach is in good condition, with ample basement storage and three pass-through compartments.

The slideouts have toppers to keep debris out, and the new 18-foot patio awning features LED lighting.

Theres a stereo system, exterior speakers, 110V outlets, and a cable hookup for outdoor entertainment.

Additional features include a roof access ladder and a towing capacity of 5,000 lbs.
