This units floor plan comfortably sleeps up to four. It has a combo washer/dryer, two high-efficiency ACs with heat pumps, and a 35,000 BTU furnace that keeps you warm on the coldest nights!

Upgrades include a Solar Panel and Controller, Tivo Stream, and a Short King Bed with upgraded mattress and pillows.

Driveability Upgrades include Sumo Springs, a Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer, a SuperSteer rear track bar, a Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar, a Cheap Handling Fix (CHF), and Snappads on the Leveling Jacks.

The rear backup camera and turn signal cameras also make this a safe ride.

The front power captains chairs swivel, and the passenger seat is a recliner with a footrest. The leather on the captains chairs and the sofa is in great condition. The sofa also doubles as two recliners, as does the additional lounge chair/recliner.

The galley features a 4-door refrigerator/freezer that operates on either electric or propane. A microwave is over the range with a hood/fan, a 3-burner gas stovetop with a glass cooktop cover, and a gas oven. The angled countertop has a stainless steel double kitchen sink with matching covers. There are ample cabinets above and below the countertop.

The dining table can be extended, and two additional chairs are stored beneath the master bed. The large flat-screen Smart TV is on a lift in the cabinet behind the dining table.

Down the hall is a large closet that houses the clothes washer/dryer combo unit, which has pull-out shelves above it.

The full bathroom is across the hall from the washer/dryer unit and features a step-in shower with a large skylight overhead, which provides lots of natural light. There is also a vanity with a medicine cabinet above, additional cabinet space below the countertop, and the toilet.

The master bedroom features a short king-size bed with upgraded mattress and pillows. There is a large storage space below the bed, a large wardrobe closet, drawers at the foot of the bed, and a second TV mounted on the wall.

Outside, the power patio awning and exterior entertainment center make this RV great for entertaining, tailgating, or just having fun at the campsite with friends and family.

There are large storage compartments around the unit, and all of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible.

The unit has just had a number of items addressed including the having the Rear Slide serviced, the Generator had a Tune-up & new carburetor, the Roof was cleaned & re-sealed, and the engine had the Oil Changed.
