This model is built on the Liberty Freightliner Chassis and powered by a Cummins ISL 9 engine with two engine brakes, air suspension, a side radiator, and an Allison MH Automatic Transmission. It is equipped with an Aqua Hot 450D Multi-Zone Hydronic Heating System with engine pre-heat, three roof-mounted 15,000 BTU ACs with heat pumps, and heated full-tile floors - so you will be warm and comfortable inside, no matter how cold it is outside.

The floor plan is open and spacious, with the opposing slides that quickly expand the living area at the push of a button. The Living Area features opposing sofas - a three-position sofa and a two-position Jack-knife sofa on the opposite wall.

The Dining table has up to 4 chairs and can double as a workstation when not in use for dining. The cabinetry is lovely, with a rich, warm Chestnut high-gloss finish and solid-surface countertops throughout the unit.

The Galley features a residential refrigerator with an in-door dispenser for water and ice, a pantry, a Convection/Microwave oven with a range hood below, and an Induction 2-burner cooktop - this is a Propane-free RV! The double kitchen sink with matching covers, and a Dishwasher below the cooktop. There is lots of cabinet space below and above the solid surface countertop.

The half bath is easily accessible while on the road. The master bedroom features a King-sized memory foam bed with storage below and above the bed. There is also a wall of storage at the foot of the bed, with a wall-mounted Smart TV.

The full rear bathroom features a step-in shower with a corner seat and a skylight overhead. Both toilets use a macerator system to minimize waste buildup, and the sink features a medicine cabinet and additional storage below the countertop. The large walk-in closet at the rear of the RV features a dresser chest, a Built-in Safe, a set of stacked clothes washer and dryer behind the luvered doors. The unit also features a Central Vacuum System and 4 Smart TVs, 3 inside and 1 outside.

Outside the RV has two large power awnings - the front power awning needs repair, and the owner plans to address this, health permitting. The Exterior Entertainment Center makes this a great RV for tailgating at your favorite teams events. The large basement storage compartments provide ample storage space outside - with one full-width easy slide storage tray for easy access from either side. All of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible around the RV. The unit has Power Cord Take up Reel, Power Water Hose Take up Reel, Centralized water filtration, and much more.
