The 2016 Ventana LE 3436 from Newmar is a luxury diesel pusher, built on a Freightliner XC Series chassis with a 6.7L Cummins inline 6 engine producing 340 hp and 700 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed Allison automatic transmission featuring overdrive.

At 3410 long, it carries a dry weight of around 25,700lb with a GVWR of 31,000lb, allowing a payload of about 4,500lb and up to 5,000lb tow capacity.

This gorgeous unit features 7 x 190-watt solar panels (totaling 1330 watts) and 6 x 206 amp-hour SOK Lithium-ion batteries, providing 1236 amp-hours of battery storage. All run by a Victron system, including dual 3000 Watt MultiPlus-II Inverters. There is also an Onan 6.0kW diesel generator, which starts up with no issues.

There are three power slideouts expand the interior, one being a fullwall in the living/kitchen-opening up the central area that includes a leather jackknife sofa, angled countertop with 3burner propane stove with cooktop cover, a residential Insignia 18 cu ft refrigerator with ice maker, a pantry, an LG Studio 1.7 cu ft microwave/convection/air fryer have been placed in the unit. Plus a booth dinette across.

The owner has upgraded the pantry to a slide-out pantry for easier access. Also, upgraded the mattress to a Brooklyn Bedding Queen size TITAN bed.

The living area has been customized to feature power recliners and a 40-inch TV on a televator inside a custom cabinet, which includes an electric fireplace. The bedroom offers a comfortable bed and ample storage for your clothes and personal items.

A centrally located bath features a 38 x 30 shower, porcelain toilet, sink, vanity, and linen cabinet. A spray nozzle has also been added to assist with cleaning the toilet.

At the rear, the master suite features a queen-size slide-out bed with nightstands, overhead storage, a dresser equipped with a TV, a full-length mirrored wardrobe, and a stackable Splendide washer/dryer space.

Exterior features include a 17ft power awning, power leveling jacks, roof ladder, exterior shower, and passthrough storage

Built with aluminum framing, fiberglass sidewalls, steel wheels with Michelin 275/70R22.5 tires. The cockpits swivel captain chairs add to seating flexibility.

The owners have made numerous upgrades to this coach, including replacing the four lead-acid batteries with six high-quality lithium batteries. Also, seven 190-watt solar panels were installed on the roof. The water shut-off valves are now individualized, meaning that if you need to cut off the shower or sink, you dont have to shut off all the water.

Also upgraded is the filtration system. This was installed in 2023. It is now a 3-stage filtration system with a water softener. A newly added feature is a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). There are also snap pads on all of the leveling stands. The seller has included a GPS for ease of navigation.

Features the current owner loves include how well this Newmar drives and steers, as well as the entire coachs comfort. They also really enjoy the fireplace, which provides both heat and LED colors.
