The 2016 Ventana LE 3436 from Newmar is a luxury dieselpusher, built on a Freightliner XCSeries chassis with a 6.7L Cummins inline6 engine producing 340hp and 700lbft torque, paired to a sixspeed Allison automatic with overdrive . At 3410 long, it carries a dry weight around 25,700lb with a GVWR of 31,000lb, allowing a payload of about 4,500lb and up to 5,000lb tow capacity.

With its powerful engine (340 HP) and smooth ride, the VENTANA LE is a joy to drive on both highways and backroads. The advanced features and technology make driving this motorhome a breeze, giving you peace of mind on your journey. Once you reach your destination, the stabilizing feet have snap pads to help prevent damage to the camping site. You can plug into a 50 amp power source and have no issues running the electrical system.

If you are looking to be offgrid, this Ventana has been modified to include 7x190watt solar panels (total of 1330 watts) as well as 6x206 Amp Hour SOK Lithium Ion batteries for 1236 Amp Hours of battery storage. All run by a Victron system including dual 3000 Watt MultiPlus-II Inverters. There is also an Onan 6000 watt diesel generator which starts up with no issues.

Three power slideouts expand the interior--one being a fullwall in the living/kitchen--opening up the central area that includes a leather jackknife sofa, angled countertop with 3burner stove and oven, midsize fridge, pantry, plus a booth dinette across. The owner has upgraded the pantry to a slide-out pantry for easier access.

A residential Insignia 18 cu ft refrigerator with ice maker and an LG Studio 1.7 cu ft microwave/convection/air fryer have been placed in the unit. There is a 3-burner propane cooktop with a cover.

The living area has been customized to feature power recliners and a 40 inch TV on a televator inside a custom cabinet which includes an electric fireplace. The bedroom offers a comfortable bed and ample storage for your clothes and personal items.

Highend comforts include 27,000BTU ducted AC, a 35,000BTU furnace, Onan generator, 100gal fuel, 105gal fresh water, 65gal gray, and 45gal black tank capacities.

Exterior features include a 17ft power awning, power leveling jacks, roof ladder, exterior shower and passthrough storage

Built with aluminum framing, fiberglass sidewalls, steel wheels with Michelin 275/70R22.5 tires. The cockpits swivel captain chairs add to seating flexibility.

A centrally located bath features a 38x30 shower, porcelain toilet, sink, vanity and linen cabinet. A spray nozzle has been added as well to assist with cleaning the toilet.

At the rear, the master suite has a queen slideout with nightstands, overhead storage, dresser with TV, full mirrored wardrobe, and stackable Splendide washer/dryer space.

The owners have many upgrades to this coach including replacing the 4 lead-acid batteries with 6 high-quality lithium batteries. Also installed seven 190-watt solar panels on the roof. The water shut off valves are individualized now meaning if you have to cut off the shower or sink, you dont have to shut all of the water off.

Also upgraded is the filtration system. This was installed in 2023. It is now a 3-stage filtration system with water softener. Newly added is a TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system). There are also snap pads on all of the leveling stands. The seller has a GPS to include for ease of navigation.

Features the current owner loves is how well this Newmar drives and steers, the entire coach is very comfortable, and they really enjoy the fireplace with heat and LED colors.
