This 2016 Columbus by Palimino is loaded with great features.

For example it has a central vacuum system, and set up is a breeze with the auto leveling jacks. It has an electric fireplace, and you can use this one all year as it has the cold weather package with a heated underbelly. And it is solar ready!

The floorplan is a rear kitchen, which is complete with double sink, microwave/convection oven, three burner stove, a conventional oven and a four door refrigerator/freezer.

Going toward the front a dining table with four chairs is on your right, and just beyond are two theater style recliners. The recliners are directly across from the sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. In the forward center of the room is your large screen LED television that sits atop your electric fireplace. There is a ceiling fan above to circulate cool and warm air.

Up the stairs and to the left is the bathroom. The shower has a built in seat. The bedroom is all the way upfront. It has its own television and the optional second A/C unit. An optional king size bed offers lots of space to spread out. One of the closets is prepped for a washer and dryer, and there is a convenient laundry hamper as well.
