This 2017 Thor Motor Coach Tuscany 42GX is a luxury 43-foot diesel pusher featuring a spacious bath-and-a-half floor plan with three slide-outs.

Built on the Freightliner XC-R chassis and powered by an 8.9L Cummins 450 HP diesel engine, the Tuscany 42GX is designed for comfortable long-distance travel while providing the residential amenities expected from Thors Tuscany line.

The cockpit is equipped for extended travel with tilt-and-telescoping steering, adjustable power pedals, cruise control, GPS navigation, three-camera monitoring, secondary engine braking, keyless entry, and power door locks. Both captains chairs were professionally recovered in July 2026. The windshield is equipped with power shades.

Exterior driving features include LED headlights and running lights, docking lights, air horns, and aluminum wheels.

For campground and off-grid use, the Tuscany features an Onan 10.0kW diesel generator with approximately 1,488 hours, a 50-amp electrical system with a power cord reel, an inverter, an Aqua-Hot system, and three ducted air conditioners with heat pumps. The coach has also been upgraded with LiFePO4 house batteries providing approximately 52% more capacity than the original battery setup.

The coach is solar capable but is not currently equipped with solar panels.

Exterior amenities include dual power patio awnings, a power entry-door awning, pass-through basement storage with a large cargo tray and side-swing compartment doors, an exterior shower, exterior entertainment center with TV, black-tank flush, water filtration system, and clear paint protection.

Inside, the 42GX offers a residential-style living environment with ceramic tile flooring, dual-pane windows, multiplex lighting, solar shades, three power roof vents, a fireplace, theater seating, and three interior flat-screen TVs. Combined with the exterior entertainment TV, the coach has four TVs total.

The all-electric kitchen features solid-surface countertops with sink covers, a residential refrigerator with ice maker, convection microwave, two-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, and generous storage.

The bath-and-a-half floor plan provides additional convenience for traveling, entertaining, or extended stays. The main bathroom includes a fiberglass shower with a built-in seat and sliding door. A stackable washer and dryer provides another residential convenience for longer trips.

The private bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage, and one ceiling fan.

For buyers interested in towing, the Roadmaster Nighthawk All-Terrain tow bar is associated with the sellers Jeep and is not represented as equipment included with the motorhome by itself. The Demco Air Force One supplemental braking equipment is installed in the Jeep rather than the coach.
