Looking for a family bunkhouse 5th wheel without the usual Pacific Northwest wear, tear, and moss? This is a pristine, one-owner 2018 Jayco Eagle HT 29.5BHOK (Bunkhouse + Outdoor Kitchen) that has been used gently for just 2 to 3 weeks per year since it was purchased new. When not on the road, it has been stored 100% indoors inside our enclosed shop, completely shielded from rain, winter snow, moss, and UV sun damage.

The exterior fiberglass, graphics, window seals, and roof are in excellent condition. The interior still smells brand new - we haven't had pets inside, or any smoking. When we winterize we've kept 'damp rid' throughout to ensure there was no moisture.

COMFORT & ENTERTAINMENT UPGRADES:
Updated Master Bedroom: We upgraded the main bedroom with a memory foam mattress.
Outdoor Kitchen Smart TV: We added a custom smart TV directly into the outdoor kitchen bay next to the fridge and sink perfect for tailgating. (The factory TV in the living room is also included).
Dual Battery Setup: Upgraded to a second deep-cycle battery bank, doubling your power capacity for reliable dry-camping or off-grid boondocking.

DUAL HITCH CONFIGURATION INCLUDED:
We upgraded the rig from day one to a premium Reese Goose Box air-ride hitch, allowing us to tow it using a standard gooseneck turnover ball from the truck bed.

Note for traditional towers: We still have the factory-original, unused standard 5th wheel kingpin box. It is included with the sale, so you can easily swap it back if your truck uses a traditional 5th wheel hitch.
