2018 Jayco Precept 36T located in Chubbuck, ID.

This beautiful, low mileage 38-foot RV sits on a Ford chassis with the exclusive J-Ryde system with four slides and is powered by the V10 320hp Ford Triton motor. Added steering stabilizer for better maneuverability.

The Precept 36T is perfect for easy traveling. Big enough to live in comfort and small enough to maneuver through the RV parks with ease.

The Precept sleeps up to six with the sofa theater recliner, dinette sleeper, and the Queen bed in the back. The bunk beds in the middle of the RV gives you that added sleeping areas.

The kitchen has a huge counter space with plenty of storage, real wood cabinets, and a spacious pull-out pantry. It also has a double sink, convection microwave, stove, and dual-stage double-door refrigerator/freezer.

The two bath areas have a walk-in shower with a skylight, vanity, and flushing toilet with a macerator in the full-size bathrooms. The Washer/dryer is located in the back bath area.

The bedroom is the king bed, washer/dryer is prepped with plenty of cabinets, drawers, and closets in the rear of the couch. Large windows let in plenty of light and give the bedroom a nice open feel. More sleeping areas for the kids are the Bunk Beds next to the master.

The power cockpit chairs swivel to make an additional seating area.

The entertainment setup has four HD TVs with a Televator set up in the living area, one for each bunk, and one in the master bedroom.

Relax outside under the power patio awning and enjoy the outdoor entertainment system with a tv and a radio/dvd system.

A 5.5kW generator will supply all the power necessary for your comfort, including the two 15,000 BTU air conditioners. 50 amp.
