Outside, the pass-through basement storage provides plenty of space for camping gear, chairs, outdoor equipment, and travel essentials. The automatic leveling system helps simplify campsite setup, while the Onan 5.5kW generator with fewer than 400 hours provides onboard power when needed.

This Precept has received several notable updates, including new tires installed in late 2024, a roof resealed in February 2026, and an aftermarket tire pressure monitoring system.
