2018 Tiffin Phaeton 40QBH

After 40 years of great fun and relaxation, and on the advice of our family, we are regretfully selling our beautiful 2018 Tiffin Phaeton 40QBH, hopefully to someone interested in the RV lifestyle and who will continue to enjoy this beautiful coach.

Some of the coach features are listed below.

1. Sunlit Sand Full Body Paint - an eight step paint system featuring premium paints sealed with four layers of super clear coat with ultraviolet protection. An additional layer of scratch resistant plastic coating protects the front of the coach, stairwell, and entry door lock.
2. English Chestnut Wood Cabinets.
3. Brown Sugar Ultra Leather Seats.
4. Leather Booth Dinette.
5. Ultra -Leather Air/Coil Hide-A-Bed Couch which is very comfortable.
6. King Memory Foam Mattress in the Master Bedroom which is also very comfortable.
7. Bath and a Half with the half being located mid-coach and a Full Bath with a wonderful Shower in the rear of the Coach along with Full Closets, Residential Toilet, and a Stacked Washer/Dryer.
8.Cook Top gas stove w ith a Sharp Convection Microwave.
9. A huge residential Whirlpool Refrigerator
/Freezer with inverter.
10 Heated Ceramic Tile Floor, 2 Suburban Furnaces, and 3 Coleman ducted Air Conditioners w/heat pumps.
11. Central Vacuum.
12. Three smart TV's inside and one outside with entertainment center.
13. Manual roller day and night shades in the windows and a full width power day shade and night shade on the windshield.

Some of the Extra Features and Upgrades include:

1. Winegard Trav'ler Pro Automatic Satellite Dish.
2. New windshield installed when we purchased the coach in 2024 and is still pristine.
3. Newer low mileage Toyo M1702 295/75 R22.5 LRH (dot 4122) with very little wear. I believe these were installed just prior to our purchase and probably only have about 6,000 to7,000 miles on them.
4. Harrison High Back Wall Hugging Theater Seating for Two replaces the Jack Knife Sofa on the original.
5. Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 RV mounted 10,000 pound Tow Bar.
6. Even Brake Portable Proportional Braking System for towed vehicles.
7. TST Wireless Tire Pressure Monitoring System w/10 Sensors and Signal Booster.
8. Extend-A-Stay Propane Adapter and Hoses.
9. Progressive Industries 50 amp Electrical Management System that monitors park electrical hookups and is a surge protector.
10. Fold-up A-Frame Aluminum Step ladder. Saves a lot of space.
11. Fresh Oil Change, filters, and lube to the chassis, engine and the Onan generator.
12. This Coach has about 7 months remaining on a Transferable Service Agreement which covers almost everything on the Coach.
13. This Coach also has about 31 months remaining on a transferable paint and fabric coverage policy.

Chassis Information:

1. The chassis is a Freightliner XCM Model.
2. The engine is a Cummins L9 380 HP. I understand that Cummins can upgrade the HP to 450 with computer changes for around $1000, but from my driving experience with the coach the power is excellent and the mileage has been very good.
3. The transmission is an Allison 3000MH automatic transmission.
4. The coach has a Cummins Onan 10KW slide-out diesel generator.
5. The coach has aluminum wheels.

In closing, this is a very clean, well maintained Luxury Coach giving you a greater value from an owner/seller and is ready to hit the road when you pick it up.
