The 2019 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 37R is a Class A diesel pusher motorhome built on a Freightliner XC-Series chassis with a 245-inch wheelbase. It measures 38 feet 8 inches in overall length, 102 inches wide, and 12 feet 10 inches tall with air conditioning units, featuring an interior height of 84 inches and four power slide-outs.

Powered by a Cummins ISB 6.7L inline-6 turbo diesel engine producing 340 horsepower and 700 lb.-ft of torque, it pairs with an Allison 2500 MH 6-speed automatic transmission.

This floorplan positions a front living area with opposing slides containing a sofa (often with air mattress) and free-standing dinette or theater seating options, a mid-coach galley with a 19-cubic-foot residential refrigerator, induction cooktop, convection microwave, solid-surface counters, and double sink, a central split bathroom with a one-piece fiberglass shower and porcelain toilet, and a rear master bedroom with a king bed slide, wardrobe storage, and washer/dryer preparation.

It has an Onan 8.0kW diesel generator, dual 15,000-BTU roof air conditioners, 45,000-BTU furnace, 2,000-watt inverter, tile flooring, LED lighting, electric fireplace, multiple televisions, including a 49-inch unit in the living area, Bose audio, multiplex controls, full-body paint, frameless windows, power patio awning, hydraulic leveling jacks, and basement/pass-through storage.
