Welcome home to this beautiful 2019 Solitude 310GK by Grand Design located in South Haven Michigan. Grand Design is well known for its quality construction and high end finishes. Solitude is the most spacious Extended Stay Fifth Wheel ever built.

With length over all just under 35 feet the 310GK layout has opposing living area slides that open up the living and kitchen area to offer a comfortable space to relax or entertain.

The spacious interior features plush leatherette furniture, hardwood window treatments and hardwood cabinet doors. A matching full length tri-fold sofa adds sleeping space with a plush reclining chair centered in front of the entertainment center with an Electric Heat Producing Fireplace

The gourmet style kitchen has a luxurious feel with the oversized center island featuring solid-surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, residential size refrigerator surrounded by deep well built hardwood cabinetry.

The Solitude has a large bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and built in shower seat. Youll enjoy the mirrored vanity with deep bowl sink. Lots of hot water to spare with the 12 gallon gas/electric tank.

The master bedroom slide opens up the bedroom with a walk around 76 x 80 inch King size bed surrounded by wardrobe closets and drawers. Walk in closet and storage includes a washer/dryer unit for those extended stays.

The Solitude has plenty of storage inside and out. The outside pass through storage is huge and includes built in lighting. The fully enclosed underbelly along with the heated storage tanks and storage lets you camp year round. The Owner added the optional built in vacuum system and the unit is pre-wired for solar panels and a generator.
