Here we have a lightly used 2020 Reflection 312BHTS by Forest River. This RV has the coveted exterior kitchen, fireplace, bunkhouse, and kitchen island!

Some of the great features of this RV include the Arctic four-season protection package with a 35k BTU high-capacity furnace, heated holding tanks, and underbelly. It has 15,000 BTUs of ducted A/C and a Maxx Air fan in the main living area to keep you cool in the summer.

Starting with the exterior of this RV, it has JT struts, a power tongue jack, aluminum wheels, power jacks, pass-through storage, cable/satellite hookup, and the EXTERIOR KITCHEN! Bring your propane grill, because this rig has a plug-and-play propane hookup right by the exterior kitchen. This unit has an extra-long 21-foot awning with LED lighting and is prewired for a backup camera. The seller had slide-out toppers installed on the drivers side slides as well.

Now lets head inside and discuss some of the great features of this rig. First off, the friction hinge door wont smack you as you enter. Lets head to the bunk room, which has a full-size bunk bed on one side with ample storage underneath, prewired for a TV, and with USB ports. On the other side, you have an additional bunk with a sleeper sofa underneath. The bunkhouse has more windows than the norm, with one on each side and one at the rear.

Now lets talk about the main living space. Cabinets abound in this space, providing plenty of storage for all your gear. Theater-style reclining seating is directly across from the LED TV and fireplace. 4-person dinette that folds down into another sleeping area.

Now to the kitchen. Starting with the kitchen island, with plenty of storage, a deep-well stainless sink, and a residential-style faucet with a spray nozzle. Double refrigerator/freezer, oven, 3-burner stove, and 30-inch stainless microwave.

The bathroom features a porcelain toilet with a storage cabinet above. The bathroom also features a vanity with a medicine cabinet and a mirror above. Plus a large shower with a skylight.

On to the owners suite with a queen-size bed, tons of storage, and hanging closets on either side of the bed. Reading lights above the bed with USB ports and 110 plugs. Plus, an additional storage area at the foot of the bed that has washer/dryer prep.

This RV is built to take the whole family on many adventures deep into the season!
