Purchased new in 2023; this vehicle is now located in Johnson City TN. This is a very rare and desirable 39RK model; the production ended after just 3 years due to construction costs. The center island kitchen, tag wheel and the ability to get into state parks makes it a perfect fit for the right buyers. The center island in the kitchen is available on 45' models and the tags wheel would need to be the 42Q which, may not be able to get into state camping grounds. Transferrable extended warranty until 2028. We are selling due to my wife's illness. As with all new coaches the bugs need to be worked out. We traveled to the factory 3 times to have all warranty work completed including factory engine service; she is ready to go and no need to have initial repairs done! Be rest assured with the transferrable extended warranty with $200 deductible. This is truly a well engineered quality coach that maneuvers well and rides smooth down the road. The employees building the coach are paid hourly NOT by the project like many other coaches leading to quality control issues. Any buyer should use due diligence while considering a coach; many manufacturers pay per project so the incentive to the employees are to just push out as many coaches as they can. My sister just bought a Tiffin Pheaton from the factory with numerous issues including no insulation in engine compartment leading to exhaust sediment through out the coach; had an hourly factory worker built the coach they would have taken the time to ensure it was built right.
