Bought new in 2022, and moved 200 miles to its current home in Scarborough, Maine.

Some of the highlights include opposing slides that make for a large living and dining area. The kitchen has one of the best cooking areas weve ever had, even compared to larger campers. Plenty of storage, thoughtfully placed electrical outlets, and spacious counters.

The living room has theater seating for two plus a double size sofa bed. This model has a free standing dining table rather than a dinette so sleeping capacity is 4. The electric fireplace is cozy on cool days and the 40 Roku TV will get all your favorite channels.

The bedroom has an upgraded queen mattress, a second roof air conditioner, and plenty of closet and drawer space. Small cubbies on each side of the bed have USB and electrical connections.

The trailer is in excellent condition throughout and hasnt been moved since it was put on the site 3 years ago. Its been washed and waxed each year. No damage, no leaks, everything works. (Somebody stole the spare tire over the winter so it currently has no spare). The solar panel on the roof is connected and ready to go.

Upgrades and included extras: DVD player, bedroom shoe rack, Max Air vent cover, surge protector, multiple water lines, spare electric cable, spare sewer line parts, shower caddy, leveling blocks, and bedroom fan.
