2022 SOLITUDE 3740BH-R! IMMACULATE INTERIOR, LOADED UP AND READY TO ROLL!!
Looking for a Grand Design Fifth Wheel loaded with a Rear Bunk Room that can sleep up to six with its own half bath and separate entrance? Look no further, this 2022 Solitude 3740BH-R is in great condition - and has all the features you want to make your time on the road comfortable and enjoyable for everyone!
The layout features a large L-Shaped sofa/chaise that can be used for dining or spreading out and enjoying visiting with friends and family. The entertainment center across from the sofa features a SMART TV, a Stereo System with Bluetooth and Zone management, plus an electric fireplace that can be used for heating or just ambiance!
The Galley features residential stainless steel appliances - a 3 Door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, a convection microwave oven over a range hood unit, and a 3 Burner Gas stove top with a glass cooktop cover, and a conventional gas oven below. The large kitchen island features a stainless steel double kitchen sink with a gooseneck faucet and ample storage below the solid-surface countertops. There is a floor-to-ceiling pantry closet to the right of the refrigerator, and a sideboard hutch for additional serving space, coffee maker, or as a desk area.
The bunk room off the living area can sleep up to six people with a sleeper sofa, four additional bunk beds with cabinets for clothes, a wall-mounted TV, and its own half bath with a separate outside entrance.
The steps up the hallway from the Galley take you to the full bath on the left, and the master bedroom at the end of the hallway.
The full bath features a step-in shower with a skylight overhead for lots of natural light in the bathroom, a large medicine cabinet over the bathroom sink, and additional cabinet space below the sink and behind the shower/toilet.
The master bedroom features a pedestal king bed with an upgraded mattress, storage space below and large wardrobe closets on either side of the stacked washer and dryer units behind the full-height, mirrored sliding door. The dresser at the foot of the bed provides additional storage, and the third SMART TV is wall-mounted above it.
There are two Control Centers in the hallway - the standard flip switch panel and the touch screen control system on the wall, both of which provide complete RV system control.
Outside the Exterior Kitchen, with its own refrigerator, electric griddle, and sink, plus additional cabinet space and a door that also works as an awning when opened, there are two power patio awnings for lots of outside space when at the campsite - making this a great RV for tailgating at your favorite teams events!
The full-width storage space, along with the front storage, houses the two batteries that power the RV with DC when not at the campsite. All of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible around the RV, including a six-point auto leveling system, a 10-gallon water heater, power connections, and more.
