RV Overview
This is a trailer I purchased brand new to live in. Plans changed after 8 months and it has been sitting in storage for two years.
I have done some cosmetic changes to the inside with paint and changed trim. So there is some room for your own personal improvement. This has been reflected in the listing price.
THE BLACK TANK HAS NEVER BEEN USED.
I installed an awning cover over the slide out.
There is tons of storage under the bed and below from external compartments. A Tv, outdoor mini fridge and shower, upgraded leveling stairs, two solar panels, and a lion keypad locking system with keyfob and alarm.
I have had the exterior detailed once a year and it is currently at a facility that has an RV wash and can be fully cleaned before pickup.
