The rear King bed comes with brand new, never opened 10inch mattress.

This unit has several functional and nice upgrades. The RV is equipped with an instant water heater, providing hot water on demand and not running out when completing back-to-back showers.

This unit is rated to tow up to 5,000 lbs with a hitch on the rear bumper factory installed.

There is an enormous 20ft awning that covers the camping side of the RV.

The unit is also wired and equipped with solar panel that connect to provide trickle charge to the coach batteries.

The forward drop-down bed not just for children, weight rated at 750plbs, allowing this to be an area for two adults to sleep as well.

This unit is owned by two travel nurses that used it when going from location to location, they have decided to settle down in Charleston and have placed the unit for sale.
