The floorplan on this unit is a great one for the family on the go - a bath and a half - with a second bedroom area with a loft bed over a double bed down - with plenty of storage space and its half bath with a second exterior entrance!

The main entrance is directly into the living area - with a great layout that includes a kitchen island with the double kitchen sink, a large hutch/pantry - a booth dinette that can quickly convert into a fifth sleeping area, the sleeper sofa that is opposite the large entertainment center - with a large flat-screen TV, stereo / DVD player and electric fireplace that can be used for heating or just ambiance. The galley is fully functional with a microwave over the 3-burner stove with a built-in vent and the gas oven below: the large residential refrigerator/freezer and plenty of countertop space.

The steps lead up the hallway to the full bath with a large corner shower with a skylight overhead for lots of natural light in the bathroom. There is a shared linen cabinet, the bathroom sink with a medicine cabinet overhead, and additional cabinet space below the sink. The toilet is just across from the sink.

The master bedroom features a pedestal queen bed with storage space underneath. There are wardrobe closets on either side of the bed - with nightstand tops and electrical and USB outlets on either side the smoked glass window gives you a great view out the front of the fifth wheel from the bedroom and has a shade to block it if it lets in too much light at night. There is a shared cabinet with the bathroom - the main portion is in the bedroom for plenty of storage space. There is a location for a TV wall bracket if desired.

Outside the two large power patio awnings, provide additional outdoor living space - the outdoor kitchen is great for grilling out - having drinks readily available, or tailgating with friends at the big game.

There are large exterior storage compartments - all RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible around the RVs exterior. Wireless Backup Camera with Monitor for Tow Vehicle included as well!
