This is a 2022 vehicle, so newer RV. Our units are higher mileage but have been expertly fleet, maintained. After 3 to 4 years, they are retired from the fleet, refurbished, and put up for sale.  These units are WORK Horses and are meant to be used. They were checked out after every rental and then refurbished at our headquarters. Every system (AC, Heat, Plumbing, Generator, Propane, Roof, Holding Tanks, Engine, Transmission, Brakes and Tires) has been checked out and tuned up before they are put up for sale. They are re-painted in our Body Shop. Some people cant tell they are used. All units are very well maintained. There are no RVs out there in this condition that are anywhere near this price. Many of the lower mileage RVs have been sitting for years in the driveway for 51 weeks a year. Nothing worse for a vehicle than sitting idle as hoses and parts become weak.
