This 2022 Solis 59P has just over 9,000 miles! It is located in Apollo Beach, FL. The seller purchased it new. The kitchen and toilet have never been used.
With a length just under 20, this can fit in any residential driveway or be backed into a spot at the beach. It is built on a Ram ProMaster chassis and powered by a 280hp 3.6L V6 engine with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
This unit does not have the pop-top; however, the seller was able to upgrade to a 13,500 BTU A/C with a heat pump due to the available space. There is also a 190-watt solar panel on the roof, connected to a 55-amp converter/charger that powers 2 deep-cycle Group 31 AGM batteries.
The interior features a forward-facing dinette w/3-point belts, 12V and 110V outlets, plus USB charging ports, LED ceiling lights, a systems monitor panel, a 2-burner range, and 3.0 cu. ft. mini refrigerator/freezer and stainless steel sink.
The sleeping area converts from a sofa to a bed with storage underneath. The bathroom has a showerhead, a mirror, and a swiveling cassette toilet.
Other features to mention are an Eco-Hot water system, a permanent-mount LP tank w/gauge and on-demand water pump, and LP, tinted windows, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
The seller also has an inverter generator and two hitch mounted cargo carriers. One for the generator and one that can hold a small motorcycle. These are available for sale separately if wanted but are not included with the sale of the RV.
