The Freedom Bridge Chassis & Drive train At the foundation of the American Tradition 37S is the custom-engineered Freedom Bridge foundation, built in partnership with Freight liner Custom Chassis. This modular steel grid structure integrates seamlessly with the Freight liner XCM chassis to provide unmatched structural rigidity and maximize lower basement storage space. Paired with a robust 450-horsepower Cummins L9 turbo diesel engine generating 1,250 lb-ft of torque, this shorter dual-axle configuration delivers sports-car-like agility for a Class A diesel pusher. Drivers benefit from premium mechanical handling, including a ZF independent front suspension that allows for an impressive 60-degree wheel cut to navigate tight campgrounds with ease. Additionally, the FCCC Road Watch safety suite brings peace of mind via integrated electronic stability control, collision mitigation, and automatic traction control.

All-Electric Coach Design & Aqua-Hot 450D Stepping away from traditional RV limitations, the 37S is completely propane-free. Its sophisticated all-electric design centers around the Aqua-Hot 450D hydronic heating system. This dual-zone system burns microscopic amounts of diesel fuel from the main tank (or utilizes 120V shore power) to provide silent, evenly distributed interior heat without dry blowing air. More importantly, it delivers a continuous, unlimited supply of hot water, allowing for long residential-style showers. The lack of propane also transforms the kitchen galley, replacing dangerous open flames with a flush-mount electric induction cooktop. Backed by a heavy-duty 10kW Onan Quiet Diesel generator, a 2,800-watt pure sine wave inverter, and a deep-cycle house battery bank, owners can confidently run the entire coach--including all three 15,000 BTU roof A/C units--entirely off the grid.

Master Bath Oasis with Dual Leveling & Rear Egress The rear layout of the 37S maximizes comfort and safety through a sprawling master suite and full bath oasis. Spanning the entire back wall, the master bathroom features a massive tile shower with an integrated seat, a dual-sink residential vanity, and a dedicated enclosure housing a standard stacked washer and dryer. Because this layout puts heavy components at the rear, the coach utilizes dual leveling systems: an HWH hydraulic leveling jack system for rock-solid stability at camp, and a Valid air leveling system that adjusts the chassis airbags on the fly. Finally, structural safety is built right into the design via the rear emergency exit door located inside the master bath. This door offers a direct, low-profile path of egress with a hideaway ladder, providing an essential safety fallback not found in standard motor homes.
