This lightly used 2023 Montana 3941FO Front Office luxury Fifth Wheel is fully equipped and ready to hit the road! Located in Fulshear, Texas. The owners recently purchased in October and now have had some life changes and are no longer in need of an RV.

Outside the unit has 5 slides. Two large patio awnings with LED lights cover the outside entertainment area with TV and sound system as well as the outdoor kitchen area with refrigerator and propane griddle. There is ample outside storage including a large rear pass through basement storage with sliding cargo tray.

Step inside and you will find a large kitchen area with a residential 18 cubic foot, stainless steel French-door fridge/freezer. Residential stainless steel oven and 4 burner gas stove. In the spacious family room, there is a 50 wall mounted TV just above the 5K BTU decorative fireplace heater. Sit in comfort with this unit, which comes with the Lazy Boy furniture package, including a pull-out sofa bed, and twin auto recliners. The unique front office area has a wall-mounted desk, cabinet storage, and a front picture window.

In the bedroom you will find a Queen bed with storage below. There is ample dresser, cabinet storage, and large closet with mirrored sliding doors. Also for entertainment there is a wall-mounted TV cabinet and TV.

The hall bathroom comes equipped with a full-sized shower with seat, a ceramic toilet and vanity with sink and mirrored medicine chest.
