Brinkley is not a household name among the typical fifth-wheel buyer. It is, however, an industry leader in high-end four-season units.
Brinkley has one of the industrys best insulation packages. There is R40 insulation in the roof and floor, R11 in the walls, and forced-air heating in the enclosed underbelly.
Added to the 4-season comfort are three roof-mounted heat pumps. One 18,000 BTU unit serves the main living area, and two additional 13,500 BTU heat pumps serve the bedroom, bath, and bonus room.
For sleeping accommodations, you have a master bedroom with a residential king bed, a bonus room with a sleeper sofa and a flip-down bunk, and a trifold sleeper in the main living area.
The master has a large mirrored wardrobe with a shoe rack, a separate area with a washer and dryer prep, and a dresser for all of your personal items.
The bonus room can serve as a second bedroom or an office area.
The bath features a 30 x 42-inch walk-in shower, a large single-basin vanity, and a linen closet.
In the kitchen, you have a full array of residential-style appliances. A two-door refrigerator/freezer, a gas cooktop, oven, and microwave.
The kitchen also has an island with a pullout trash bin and prep for a dishwasher. There is also a doored pantry with adjustable shelves, a great spot for countertop appliances.
The main living area features an entertainment center with a TV lift for the 50-inch flat-screen and a fireplace.
You will be able to relax in the heated reclining theater seats. Next to the tri-fold sofa, you have end tables with pop-up outlets with USB charging ports.
