The unit has been lightly used, is kept hooked up, so all systems are in good running condition, and it shows great!

The RV has numerous upgrades, including a Solar Panel and Converter for keeping the Battery charged and ready for your next trip, two Power Patio Awnings, Slide-out awning toppers, Solid Entry Steps, separate clothes washer and dryer units, and more!

The floorplan is family-friendly, featuring a spacious living and galley area upon entry, with lovely decor in Antique White and Country Sheik Gray, and Solid Surface countertops throughout the RV.

The Entertainment Center features a large flat-screen smart TV with a stereo / built-in DVD player below, which is Bluetooth enabled. It also includes a lovely electric fireplace that can be used for heating or ambiance, with various color schemes available at the touch of a button.

The double recliners are directly opposite the Entertainment Center and the large tri-fold sleeper sofa, which quickly converts into a second sleeping area at night.

The Galley is equipped with residential-grade appliances, including a microwave over a range hood vent/fan above the 3-burner cooktop with a glass cooktop cover, and a conventional gas oven below. The kitchen Island has a large stainless steel farm-style kitchen sink with a drainboard cover and a gooseneck faucet. The refrigerator is a two-door residential side-by-side unit with a large freezer compartment. The pantry is a double-door, lighted storage area that allows you to easily entertain while keeping all your food items stored and out of the way.

The dining area is a combination bench and dining table; the bench can also double as a coffee table for the sofa.

The control panels are on the wall opposite the entry doorway - for easy access. The unit is equipped with heated tanks and is rated for all four seasons of camping, featuring additional insulation.

Continue up the steps to the bathroom on your right, which features a step-in shower with a corner seat and a skylight overhead for lots of natural light in the bathroom - the sink with medicine cabinet overhead and more storage space below the countertop, and of course, the toilet with additional linen storage and a hidden trash can compartment too!

The Master bedroom features a lovely King-sized bed with storage below - and a large walk-in closet across the front of the unit. The separate washer and dryer units are located here, with ample additional storage space for clothes, either hung or stacked on shelves.

There is a dress with a hidden jewelry compartment in the dresser at the foot of the bed. The bedroom is prepped for a second TV, should you desire one - it could be easily added. The bedroom also has its own AC unit and thermostat, separate from the living and dining areas AC, which controls the rest of the RVs cooling.

Outside, the two power patio awnings allow you to extend the fun outdoors, making this a great RV for tailgating at your favorite teams events. The large exterior storage compartments, with one that extends across the entire unit, provide ample exterior storage space and offer access to two exterior showers (one on each side of the unit) and the full water system control panel located on the drivers side of the large pass-through storage area.

There is a separate touchscreen control panel in the same compartment, and the leveling system control panel is located on the drivers side of the RV as well. All of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible around the exterior of the RV.
