The 2024 Jayco Jay Flight Bungalow 40LSDL is a dual-slide-out destination travel trailer designed for extended seasonal living. It features an expansive open layout highlighted by 8 ceiling, a rear living room, a center island kitchen, an atrium-style front wall with large windows, a private main queen bedroom, and dual upper loft areas. Wash/Dryer hook-up. Sleeping Capacity: Up to 10 people.

Exterior Construction & Comfort:
2 electric slides with enclosed gear system and slide top awnings. Unit is built on a 12-inch I-class cambered structural steel I-beam with a 102-inch wide-body design, enclosed underbelly and seamless one piece roof. The unit has two two front side entrance doors, a 20 power patio awning, marine grade outdoor stereo speakers and outdoor hot/cold shower as well.

Notable Features
Living Area:
Let the Sunshine in! The living space includes 8 ceilings, ceiling fan and large atrium-style windows to let in natural light. To the rear left there is a sectional pull-out sleeper sofa with a hide-a-bed. Just across is an electric fireplace with thermostat controls with hide away TV above.

Kitchen: Features a center island with double stainless steel kitchen sink with inserts, 4 barstools, solid surface counters, hardwood-look vinyl flooring, a residential-style refrigerator, a 30-inch microwave, and an Insignia 3.25 cu. ft. gas range with 3-burner cooktop with cover. There is lots of closet storage, drawer and pull out pantry space as well.

Master Bedroom:
Includes a queen bed with window at the head and storage below. The space has a a built-in dresser and large wardrobe with mirrored sliding door. Also there are three large end windows that add natural lighting and a cushioned window seat with storage cabinets below.

Full Bath:
The unit has a spacious full bathroom with walk in shower with skylight, glass sliding door and shower head with hand held extension. There is a vanity with sink, mirror and cabinet storage below. Also a large linen closet and extra cabinet space with washer/dryer hook-ups. Never run out of hot water thanks to the tankless, on-demand hot water system.

Lofts:
A spiral staircase leads to dual upper loft areas that provide additional sleeping or storage space.
