2025 Brinkley Model Z 3300 with three slide-outs!

For sale in North Fort Myers, a well maintained 2025 Brinkley Model Z 3300 fifth wheel that still feels nearly new and is ready for its next owner.

This mid size luxury coach runs about 36 feet 7 inches overall, with three slides that open the living room, kitchen, and private front bedroom into a roomy and spacious floor plan built for couples who want real living space rather than a cramped trailer. Brinkley designed the Z 3300 as a rear kitchen layout with a walk through bath, and this unit has been kept clean, systems checked, and ready to show.

Step inside and the island kitchen is the first thing that earns its keep. Solid surface counter space, a large island with pull out trash bins, deep pot and pan drawers, and residential style cabinetry give you a real place to cook instead of a galley you have to work around. A 16 cubic foot 12 volt refrigerator sits next to a floor to ceiling pantry with adjustable shelves and an appliance outlet, so coffee, an ice maker, or dry goods stay within reach. The beverage center with wine storage and prep for an 18 by 32 dishwasher rounds out the rear of the coach, and the island itself is large enough for prep, casual meals, or setting out food when friends stop by the site.

The living area is equally practical. Theater seating faces a fireplace and a 50 inch televator television, while a tri fold sofa converts to a 54 by 70 inch sleeper when you have company. What sets this floor plan apart for anyone who works on the road is the work center. The sliding dinette table seats up to four with extending leaves, then tucks into a desk with a storage drawer when you need a place to pay bills, take a call, or finish a project. That dual use is built in, not an afterthought.

Forward of the living room, the walk through bath leads to a private bedroom with a king bed slide, bedside outlets including USB, a sliding dresser top with hidden storage, a wardrobe with shelves and a shoe rack, and a bedroom television. Washer and dryer prep is available for full time use. Ceiling height runs about 79.5 inches in the bath and bedroom, and the main slides sit near 76 inches, so the coach never feels low or tight.

Outside, dual power awnings, leveling, pass through storage of more than 130 cubic feet, an exterior shower, and a backup camera make setup straightforward.

Located in North Fort Myers and shown by appointment. Come walk the island kitchen, sit at the work center, and see how spacious a well maintained 2025 Brinkley Z 3300 really is.
