RV Overview
The Grand Design Reflection 312BHTS is a spacious, well-built bunkhouse travel trailer designed for families or groups who want both comfort and capacity. It measures 374 in length and has an exterior height of about 1111, with an 8 wide body that expands to 141 with slide-outs. Its dry weight (UVW) is roughly 9,800 lbs, hitch weight about 1,190 lbs, and a GVWR of 11,295 lbs, giving a solid payload margin.
Sleeping up to 6-7 people, the 312BHTS features a rear bunkhouse with dual bunks, including a flip-bunk above a tri-fold sofa and another bunk with storage below, plus a large panoramic rear window. The front bedroom has a walk-around queen bed with dual wardrobes and plenty of storage. In between lies a full kitchen with an island, large refrigerator ( 16 cu ft), two hutches, and a full bathroom with a 3036 shower, linen storage, and space-saving sliding door.
Utility capacities are generous: 54 gallons fresh, 86 gallons gray, 43 gallons black with two 30-lb propane tanks. The heating is handled by a 35,000 BTU furnace and cooling by a 15,000 BTU air conditioner. Outside, features include a 19- to 21-foot one-touch LED awning, an outside kitchen, pass-through storage, solar prep with a 60-amp charge controller/inverter options, and Goodyear Endurance tires. Construction is rugged: R-30 floor insulation, R-40 roof, strong slide-out insulation, gel-coat sidewalls, walk-on roof decking, heated & enclosed underbelly, etc.
